Inspired to open her own family business, Eri moved to the UK from Albania to develop her career. After finishing university with a Masters Degree teaching foreign languages, Eri took on her first role in the UK as a cleaner in a 5 star hotel. After careful consideration Eri contacted our Head Office in the UK and spoke with Michelle to get a better initial understanding of whether franchise opportunities were right for her and her aspirations.

Shortly afterwards, in September 2018 Eri met with Will to discuss things in more detail, including the contract terms, how the unique guarantee of an agreed value of initial contracts would work and who would be responsible for which elements. Eri felt very comfortable with the approach, receiving concrete information from this first meeting about how much money would be involved, the turnover expected, the fees structure and how customers were provided to the business. Everything was transparent and aligned to the experience her Aunt had in the US.

Only three days later, convinced that Jani-King was the best-fit for her ambitions and experience, compared to the competitors she had also considered, Eri decided to proceed with a Plan 4 with an investment of £16,000.
